Terms and Conditions

Last Modified: March 21, 2024

We’re so glad you’ll be joining us for isolved Connect 2024. For complete details on the terms that apply to registration and other important information, please read below.

REGISTRATION AND RATES

Once you complete the purchase of your registration, the purchase and rate are final and won’t be adjusted later. It is your responsibility to confirm that the price displayed at checkout is the price that you expect and agree to pay before you complete your purchase.

We may offer a promotional, coupon, discount, or similar code (collectively “Promotional Codes”), as part of a limited-time sale. These codes are generally tied to a specific ticket or to a group of tickets, and their value cannot be applied toward another ticket or another group of tickets. Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to a previously completed purchase. The Promotional Codes have no cash value.

If you are purchasing group tickets, you may register your attendees using the names and email addresses you provide. You are responsible for obtaining your attendees’ permission to share their personal information with isolved, isolved Connect, and/or isolved affiliated events to use their information as described in the ‘Privacy’ and ‘Scanning’ sections below. You are also responsible for your attendees’ compliance with these terms and conditions. We may refuse entry or cancel registration for any attendee that does not comply.

CANCELLATION

Things happen, we understand. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:

  • You can get a full refund on your ticket until May 31, 2024, at 11:59 pm ET.
  • After June 1, 2024, we will only provide a refund if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and before September 1, 2024.
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason after September 1, 2024.

In the unlikely event that we must reschedule or cancel isolved Connect, or if we must change the format to a digital-only event, we’ll notify you by announcement on isolvedhcm.com, by email, and/or by other methods. If the event is canceled, your registration will also be canceled, and we’ll refund any registration fees received from you. If the event is rescheduled or changed to a digital-only format and you are no longer able or wish to attend, you may cancel your registration by giving us written notice within two (2) weeks of receiving our notice. If you do not notify us of your cancellation within that time, you will not be eligible for a refund.

To cancel your registration (and get your refund, if applicable), you will need to notify us in writing at isolvedconnect@isolvedhcm.com.

If isolved determines in its sole discretion that you are entitled to a refund, the amount refunded will be based on the fees paid for the registration(s) you cancel and will be refunded to your original payment method, if refund is within 90 days of purchase—after 90 days check refunds will apply. These cancellation terms apply regardless of reason for cancellation (even if you, unfortunately, need to cancel for personal reasons or other reasons out of your control). Cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel or travel arrangements. isolved is not responsible for cancelling your travel reservations.

REGISTRATION TRANSFER

You have the option of transferring your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend. Your ticket can be transferred up until it is picked up onsite. The event does not offer one-day tickets, and your ticket cannot be used onsite by any other person.

You can transfer your own registration—or another that you purchased—by logging in to manage your registrations.

If you need assistance transferring a registration, you can contact us at isolvedconnect@isolvedhcm.com. To transfer a registration, you must be able to demonstrate that you are the original registrant or purchaser, or that you are otherwise authorized to make changes to the registration.

Please remember that transferring your registration does not automatically transfer your hotel and travel arrangements. isolved is not responsible for transferring any hotel or travel reservations.

If we do, you will not receive any form of refund or compensation, or relocation or travel fees. The views or opinions expressed by any event attendee, speaker, or sponsor are not the views or opinions of isolved.  All event attendees, speakers, and sponsors are responsible for their own content (including presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, and online web content). You are not allowed to use any content that infringes another party’s intellectual property rights, is harassing, misleading, or unlawful.

To avoid confusion, all attendees agree that they will not host any competing events during isolved Connect and won’t use isolved’s name or the names of our sponsors (which includes isolved), without our written permission first.

Onsite Badge Pickup

All attendees must pick up their badge at Registration at the Gaylord Palms. Your badge is your access to all things isolved Connect.

To pick up your badge, all registration fees must be paid in full. Individuals must pick up their own badge. This means that you cannot have a coworker or friend pick up your badge for you (and vice versa—you cannot pick up theirs for them).

If your badge is lost or stolen, you should notify the isolved Connect event team immediately by emailing isolvedconnect@isolvedhcm.com . We will issue a replacement badge on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion. We may charge a fee of up to $25 for each badge we replace.

Scanning

Your badge may be scanned as you enter certain sessions or when you access other areas and amenities at isolved Connect. Among other things, this helps us to track and provide information on capacity, as well as make sure folks have the right access.

Our sponsors may have the option to scan your badge to retrieve the personal information that you provided at registration, including your name, company, and email address. If your data is collected by a sponsor—by scanning your badge or through any other means—it will be used and stored according to their privacy and data retention policies. You are not required to allow a sponsor to scan your badge.

No badge transfer or resale

All badges associated with purchased isolved Connect tickets are for use by the original authorized purchaser, their invited attendee(s) (in the case of group sales), or to the person the original registrant has transferred their isolved Connect ticket to. Once received, badges are not transferable. Likewise, all badges provided to speakers, event personnel, vendors, sponsors, and other guests of isolved Connect are for use by those people only and are not transferable.

No sponsorship, on-site marketing, sampling, vending, coupon/product distribution, or other promotional activity may be conducted at isolved Connect, without our prior written approval in each instance.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND AUDIO RECORDING

Unless we notify you otherwise, then you are permitted to take screenshots, photos, videos, or audio recordings (collectively, “recordings”) of most sessions at isolved Connect, if you comply with the following terms:

    • Here are a couple of examples of what’s allowed: tweeting “#isolvedConnect = out of this world!” with a picture of you or your team attending the event or posting a photo of a keynote’s talk on LinkedIn.
    • Here are a couple of examples of what’s not allowed: posting a live stream of a breakout session, and/or posting a recording on Facebook of one of our speakers after we announced that recordings or photos aren’t allowed.

If we request that you discontinue the use of any recordings, you will immediately comply with our request. And, of course, if we do notify you that photos or recordings aren’t allowed, then you agree that you will not take any photos or recordings.

Now about photos and recordings we can take; by attending isolved Connect and related events, you consent to having your image, voice, likeness, presentation, and/or other copyrightable material documented, including video, audio, and still photography.
