Mark Duffell is the CEO of isolved and leads the organization with a focus on accelerated growth. He previously served as president and CEO of Episerver as well as CEO of KANA Software, Inc. and M2 Technology Partners. With over 26 years of experience as a senior executive, Mark has led every function within a software business, including worldwide sales and marketing, strategic planning, international operations, development and support. He also worked with Accel-KKR as their operational advisor for the purchase and privatization of KANA Software, Inc. in 2009. Mark received his first-class honours degree in Production Engineering from Kingston University in England.

Celia Fleischaker is a proven executive with 20+ years of experience developing go-to-market strategies for business-to-business technology organizations. She has successfully managed global marketing organizations of publicly and privately held software companies with her latest role as CMO of isolved, a leader in HR software and services. Celia's extensive experience driving organic growth through expansion of channels, marketing programs and product lines is taking isolved to its next stage of growth.

As Chief Product Officer at isolved, Pragya Gupta leads agile and distributed product organization with responsibility for product strategy and roadmap, product management, architecture, engineering, quality assurance and dev ops of isolved's HCM portfolio. She has a deep understanding of modern product management and engineering practices, what it takes to launch global products and wide experience in building business cases and product roadmaps. Prior to isolved, as Vice President of Products at UKG, Pragya led the design and development of the UKG platform, mobile app, HR Service Delivery, and Onboarding products.

Opal Wagnac, Senior Vice President of Market & Product Strategy at isolved, is a seasoned technologist with 20+ years of experience in developing software solutions. From programmer to product director to marketing executive, she has gained incredible insights as well as developed her own niche perspectives on navigating the world of tech. In addition, Opal serves as a coach and mentor, making her purpose to help others find theirs. She makes it her mission to share her knowledge and influence, encouraging others to dream, achieve their goals, be great at whatever they do and to look good doing it.

Kelli Rico has more than 10 years of experience in the HCM industry and is the Vice President of Product Management at isolved. She, alongside the company's product development team, takes pride in executing isolved's product strategy and vision to provide the modern workforce with a futureproof employee experience platform. Throughout her decade of experience, Kelli's found her passion in training and teaching. As such, she's played an integral role in building isolved University, the company's learning and development platform. Moving forward, Kelli is looking forward to continuing innovating and supporting isolved's sustained growth.

Meet Amberly Dressler, our VP of Brand & Content at isolved. With about 20 years of marketing communications experience, she leads a team focused on enhancing isolved brand experience. Amberly has a background in advocacy, PR, brand building, content marketing, campaign optimization and team leadership, ensuring isolved consistently surpasses customer and partner expectations.

As a Director of Product Management at isolved, Megan Nielson is passionate about the isolved product. She loves to help everyone learn how the isolved suite partnered with the correct processes and procedures can help organizations find success for their employees and customers. Her 15 years of experience give her the hands-on training and expertise to understand and design a better HR and employee experience for isolved People Heroes.

Reannah Gilenson is the Director, Solution Strategy at isolved, working alongside product development, services, marketing and sales leadership to help define a cohesive product, services, partnership strategy, drive future growth, launch new offerings, enable teams and evangelize enhancements. A product marketing innovator, Reannah elevates go-to-market strategies, crafts compelling stories and optimizes the reach and impact of the organization. With more than 15 years of professional marketing experience, she’s spent over a decade in the HCM technology field having held progressive product marketing roles.
